Meteorologist Phil Volker, with Extended Range Forecasts, reiterated in his latest report (issued today) that cold is coming. He now says snow is likely in Western Oregon starting Sunday night, and that temperatures early next week probably won’t get above freezing even during the day. To top it all off, another storm and accompanying snow are likely to hit next Wednesday and Thursday, but by next weekend, rain will return to the valleys. A big thanks to Phil for graciously allowing us to share this forecast with our readers here at Daily Digger.
Also … here is Rufus LaLone’s take on things, over at his Weather Cafe (where I am sure he is clutching a hot beverage as we speak).
