Word came down over the weekend – the recently-revised Social Security No Match Rule, written by the Department of Homeland Security, will not go into effect before President-elect Barack Obama takes office. U.S. District Court Judge Charles Breyer, who issued an injunction against the rule in October 2007, ruled that no decision should be made until late February at the earliest.
