Bailey Nurseries, a wholesale nursery based in St. Paul, Minnesota, has appointed Tim Jacobson as chief human resources officer and Katie Huth as chief financial officer. The company said both will play key roles in steering the strategic direction of the company and driving continued growth.
Jacobson most recently served as vice president of people and culture at a leading non-profit organization. “I am thrilled to join Bailey Nurseries at such an exciting time in the company’s journey,” said Jacobson. “I’m in awe of the dedicated and talented individuals here and look forward to further enhancing Bailey’s incredible culture, developing our people, and refining systems and processes to ensure a safe and rewarding work environment.”
Huth joins Bailey as fourth-generation leader John Bailey transitions into a strategic leadership role as Secretary-Treasurer, focusing on legacy and long-term planning. Huth brings a wealth of experience from her previous role in financial leadership at a large multi-national ag-tech and horticultural breeding company. “The culture of mutual learning at Bailey is remarkable, and I’m eager to contribute to the impactful outcomes we deliver to our customers,” Huth said.
“Their external perspectives will bring fresh insights as we continue to honor our commitment to our customers, partners, and employees,” said Terri McEnaney, Chief Executive Officer of Bailey.
