Scotts Miracle-Gro agrees to record penalties for pesticide violations

The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company has agreed to pay $12.5 million in fines, civil penalties and charitable contributions, under a settlement arising from violations of federal pesticide laws. Federal court rules runoff oversight inadequate

Mexico tightens Christmas tree regulations … again
