Sanja Ilic, Ph.D. is an assistant professor and food safety state specialist at the Ohio State University. She has done extensive work with greenhouse growers in the U.S., Canada and Central America. She specializes in microbial food safety and food safety behaviors in the farm-to-fork vegetable production chain.
