“Welcome to Nursery Country!” This special January issue of Digger, formerly known as the State of Perfection issue, has been showcasing outstanding Oregon nurseries for six years now. Five nurseries are featured in this year’s edition. We also filmed a short video at each nursery.

Today’s fifth and final Nursery Country video features Rickel’s Tree Farm, located in the Cascade Mountain foothills near Estacada, Ore. This nursery, owned by Dan and Mike Rickel, is known for excellent field-grown conifers.
